At Salonitis Marios store we want you to always be happy with your purchases and we follow a flexible returns policy, always in accordance with the existing legislation and the terms of the companies / manufacturers of the products we sell. Whether you have received a defective product, whether there was a mistake in your order or you are not satisfied with the purchase you made, you can request a replacement or a refund of the money you have spent, provided that the conditions are met.

ORDER CANCELLATION
It is possible to cancel your order before the product is shipped. Cancellation is possible by sending an e-mail to info@salonitis.gr or by calling 2228022255 on weekdays 08:30-15:30.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to return the product you received within 14 calendar days and request its replacement with another size or another product. We emphasize that the date of dispatch of the returned product is considered to be the date indicated by the courier on the receipt, for the control of timeliness.

For returns within Greece (as in the case of change) you will be charged with the amount of the respective shipping costs.

For returns from abroad, the transport costs of all routes are the responsibility of the person making the return. Please note that in case a refund is requested to a bank outside Greece, the final amount refunded to the customer is calculated based on the value of the product on the date of purchase, minus shipping and transfer costs to a foreign bank.

In any case, the returned products must be in the condition in which they were received by the customer. This means:

They must be free of damage and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product.

They must be in excellent condition (with their factory packaging i.e. box or gelatine)

They must be accompanied by all the documents with which the product was delivered (e.g. Retail Receipt, Invoice, etc.).

If the above conditions are met, you are free to send it back to us for a replacement. Otherwise, we reserve the right not to accept the return.

The return process is simple and is always done by calling us at 2228022255. In summary, the change process is as follows: You send us the product to be changed by postal company at your own expense. As soon as we receive the product we check if it meets the above conditions. If it does, we will send you the new product. The shipping cost of the new product is borne by you and we send it to you with the postal company.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
All our products are covered by a minimum 2-year warranty. Therefore, within these two years you have the right, if you believe that a product is defective or does not meet the advertised appearance or function, to send the product to us and we will then take the process of verifying or not verifying your claims. If the product turns out to be defective due to manufacturing, then you can request a repair or replacement of the product or a price reduction or cancellation of the contract and a full refund of the amount paid. If the product is not found to be defective, then it is simply returned to you. Also, if you send us a defective product to the store, then you pay the shipping costs yourself (it must be stated in the Terms of Use that the costs are borne by the consumer). If the product turns out to be defective, then the shipping costs will be refunded to you.
