TURBO-FIX MOUNTING and ASSEMBLY Tape is a high quality, single component, environmentally friendly, adhesive and sealing material. With elasticity and the ability to be dyed. It is made on the basis of prepolymer.
Used in elastic bonding, sealing and waterproofing, on smooth and uneven surfaces, in aluminium and metal structures, patios and roofs, polycarbonate structures in the steel industry, in air conditioning and refrigeration structures, in the construction of vehicles, wagons and containers, as well as in their repair, in shipbuilding, shipyards, electrical, plumbing and sanitary installations, carpentry, and in all types of construction.

It does not contain silicone, acrylic, solvents, P.V.C., and isocyanates. The drying time of TURBO-FIX adhesive depends on the thickness of the joint, the prevailing air humidity and the temperature. (Processing temperature is +5o C to +30o C). The elastic joint and the seal created absorbs tirelessly shocks, oscillations and vibrations.The solidified mass of the adhesive, shows the following strength:
Good*in water, aliphatic solvents, dilute inorganic acids and salts, oils and fats. Less good* in aromatic solvents, concentrated acids, chlorinated hydrocarbons. It has long-term resistance to aging, corrosion and decay without picking up fungi and bacteria. It can withstand temperatures from -30o C to +90o C. (up to +180o C for a while). Painting should be done before the adhesive dries.

Application instructions:
Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of dust, oil and grease. Rub the surfaces with sandpaper, thus increasing their adhesive capacity. The TURBO-FIX adhesive is applied with a device (gun type). The cartridge is cut over the thread, the tip of the nozzle is screwed on and depending on the dimension of the joint, it is cut at an angle. For better contact with the edges of the joint, hold the device so that the material is pressed against the edges of the joint. Avoid air intake! The thickness of the adhesive to be used depends on the surface of the materials to be glued. The bonding surface should be applied within 7 minutes and if necessary adjusted. The leftover glue is cut off with a spatula or knife.
Cleaning:
For cleaning tools and surfaces from the residues of TURBO-FIX adhesive we recommend the use of TURBO-CLEANER or the usual commercial solvents.
