Water-based, thin-flowing adhesive for applying paper towels or rice paper to fabric. It is easily absorbed, waterproof and durable. It becomes transparent when dry. Apply with a brush or sponge on clean and dry fabric. Apply a thin coat to the area of the paper towel or rice paper, place the pattern and then apply a second coat to seal it. After 24 hours, iron the fabric upside down and hand wash it at a temperature of up to 40°C after 4 days.
